eSchedule is a robust and user-friendly mobile workforce management solution tailored to meet the distinctive requirements of public safety, government, and healthcare entities. The latest iteration, Version 2 of the eSchedule Mobile App, boasts enhanced scheduling, timekeeping, and messaging features.

Users can seamlessly access their personal schedules and their organization's schedules, participate in open shift bidding, initiate and approve shift swaps and covers, clock in and out, review timecards and PTO balances, and request time off. Depending on organizational settings and user preferences for notifications, individuals can receive alerts for open shifts, shift swaps, shift bids, events, and PTO through push notifications. Furthermore, users can receive messages from administrators and establish default shift reminders to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts.
